We recently hosted the first of a series of Group Assessment Centers to help select a diverse team of Mine Equipment Operators from over 800 applicants. During these group assessments, we meet candidates to share information and participate in activities assessing teamwork and problem-solving skills, then wrap up with a speed interview. This custom recruitment approach is one way Côté Gold is improving the processes of today and defining the best practices of tomorrow.
