Riley and Vincent from Mattagami First Nation were first featured in photos on the Côté Gold website and in promotional material when they were much younger and the mine was in early construction days. We caught up with them again this summer at the Mattagami Open House in August.

As part of a site-wide sustainability initiative, various departments recently came together to complete fisheries offsetting requirements at the newly constructed watercourse habitat along the Middle Three Duck Lake extension at Côté Gold.

We were proud to once again sponsor Mattagami First Nation’s Annual Pow-Wow this summer. Several Côté Gold staff attended this important community event, where they got to learn, connect and participate in honouring the traditions and rich heritage of this Indigenous partner.
It was a beautiful summer in Northern Ontario and we’re celebrating another great season at Mesomikenda Lodge. This year, Côté Gold hosted its second Lodge Lottery, giving several lucky employees and their families and friends the chance to enjoy this serene retreat on the shores of Mesomikenda Lake.
