On September 30, Côté Gold marks the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation with the launch of our Reconciliation Action Plan (2026-2030).
Developed through site-level planning, workshops, and ongoing collaboration with Indigenous partners, the plan outlines how we will continue advancing reconciliation through meaningful action, partnership, and accountability.
Built on IAMGOLD's corporate framework and shaped by local priorities, the plan includes six pathways that will guide our work across the operation:
