The recruitment of the Côté Gold Emergency Response Team is presently underway, aiming to assemble a team of 38 dedicated volunteer personnel overseen by two full-time Emergency Response Specialists. In preparation for their roles, each team member will undergo specialized training encompassing confined space rescue, fire response, high-angle rope rescue, and advanced-level first aid. To further support operations, the team is equipped with two fire trucks, two patient transfer vehicles, and an on-site medical clinic. Dedicated to their mission, the team is available round the clock, 24/7, ready to swiftly respond to any emergencies that may arise on-site.
